Le Loubet is open all year around.

 

From May to September weekend bookings must be a minimum of two consecutive nights.

 

Our prices are in Euros (including taxes) and payment can be made by credit card, cash, cheque (drawn down to French bank account) and via Paypal.

 

A pull out bed can be added in the Irish Garden room upon request, with a supplementary charge of 30€ per night.

 

Basic baby equipment such as a fold up bed, push chair or high chair is available on request and is free of charge.

 

Le Loubet is non smoking. Pets are welcome.

 

Arrival and departure

 

Arrivals are after 6pm and before 11pm.

Arrival prior to 6pm is possible but we request that you contact us in advance.

On the day of departure, rooms should be vacated before noon.

 

Deposit

 

Your booking becomes effective when the deposit is received.

The deposit is 30 % of the cost of your stay and is a minimum of one night’s stay.

 

Cancellation penalties

 

In case of cancellation:

 

- 60 days before the start of your stay, you will receive 95% of your deposit back.

 

- Between 59 and 30 days before the start of your stay, you will receive 50% of your deposit back.

 

- Between 29 and 10 days before the start of your stay, the deposit is non-refundable.

 

- Less than 10 days before the start of your stay the deposit is non-refundable. Furthermore, the total cost of your stay will be charged as compensation. This is also the case for no-show’s or a shortened stay.
