Le Loubet, an old farmhouse, sits on a hill, overlooking the picturesque town of L’Isle Jourdain. It is privately run by Géraldine and Andy.

The property is surrounded by extensive gardens and enjoys panoramic views of the rolling hills as far as the Pyrenees (on a clear day).

The guest accommodation, which has been recently restored to a high standard, is on the upper floor of the house. There is a separate guest entrance, and private parking.

The Irish Garden Apartment is in the east tower, whilst the Art Nouveau Room occupies the west tower. Between these two private spaces is a spacious living room with a large satellite TV, plus a DVD collection. There is free internet access throughout.

Irish Garden Apartment

Double bedroom furnished with a large bed (180/190 cm), wardrobe, trunk and armchair. French doors open onto a juliet balcony overlooking the countryside. The shower room combines the modern comfort of a walk-in shower and the charm of the old beams including a refurbished carpenter’s bench supporting the basin.

The kitchenette, under the eaves, is well equipped...

• Refrigerator, hot plates, extractor fan, micro-wave, sink

• Washing machine, ironing board, iron

• Divan type couch which can be converted into a single bed (140/190 cm).

This furnished apartment will enable you to be self-sufficent during your stay at Le Loubet.

ART NOUVEAU ROOM

This tastefully decorated bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180/200 cm), wardrobe, a trunk, an armchair. French doors opens out onto a balcony overlooking the countryside.

Adjacent to the bedroom, the separate modern bathroom combines old and new ~ old wooden beams, gleaming blue & white tiles, bath, Italian shower, basin and toilet.

Guest Lounge and Garden

The sunny, south-facing garden is available to guests. The property is in a very peaceful location, on top of a hill and surrounded on all sides by farmers' fields. At your request, breakfast can be served in the garden.

Guests also have exclusive use of a large living room - with a comfy sofa, table and chairs, fridge with tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a large television with satellite channels.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included in the bed and breakfast rate only. If staying on a self-catering basis, breakfast is available at a a rate of 5€ per person. Breakfast is normally served between 7h30 and 10h30 - but other times can be arranged on request.

Our continental breakfast includes tea, coffee, hot chocolate, butter, croissant or home made cake and jam. Alternatively we can provide an Irish/English style breakfast with sausages, bacon, egg, beans, fried tomatoes and toast, for a supplementary charge of 10€ per person.
